provides food, shelter, case-management, and referral services.

The Women with Children Transitional Center is a safe environment
where women and their children may live for up to two years as she prepares
to build a healthy home for herself and her family.
- Elms for Single Men

The Elms Transitional Living Center, a thirteen bedroom facility
for single, homeless men, with a goal to enable the clients to develop the
resources and skills necessary to live independently on a permanent basis.
